My
first
visit to this small remote circuit, and with an international support contingent
from Finland. I didn't have time to test unfortunately.

Qualifying 1
I spent
this session learning the circuit. There were no dramas and the
circuit was quite short,
so I ended up 8th on a grid of 15 cars.

Race 1
I stalled the car on the grid due to a
clutch drag problem and ended up dead last into the first corner. I made up 5 places through the race to finish 10th, 1.9 secs off
the fastest lap.

Qualifying
2
I was 1 sec faster than Qual 1, but only good enough for 7th on the grid of 15
as other cars had found some speed also.

Race 2
I had a good start to the race, gained 2 places
in 2 laps and was challenging for 4th. I was then hit from behind at
the hairpin and retired due to the car being stuck in gear and
stalled.
